General Description of Update Vendor
1. Update Changes creates C:\\MYGATE\\TDYINFO\\MYGATEFU.DAT file with your changes.
2. This file will only record for this session only.
3. Next time you run 01 GetData it will be erased.
4. When you Click on Update Vndr the following fields are updated :
4a. Vendor Name.
4b. Vendor Minimum.
4c. Vendor Lead Time.
4e. Vendor Safety Time.
4f. Consolidation Center.
4g. Vendor Date.
4h. Vendor Buy Code Y/NS.
