1. Find the highest sales month in the current year... 500...April 2006 .
2. Find the quarter just passed sales for the last 3 months before this month
3. January through March of 2006 ... 6.
4. Find the quarter last year sales
5. March through May of 2005 ... 2.
6. Find the higher quarter , last year or just passed... 6
7. Find the number of non zero occurences of sales this year ... 8.
8. If this months's sales are twice as great as the higher quarter
-- and there were more than 4 occurences of sales this year ,
-- then replace this months sales with the higher quarter for forecasting purposes.
