General Description of Marketing Information Drop Down
1. The drop down box is an overview of Marketing information.
2. Click the Drop Down Button.
3. If there is Marketing information it will apear as above.
4. Adjustments start with the most current month of forecast.
5. The Adjustment (100) shown above is for the month of June.
6. The next line shows the Comments.
7. The next lines show upcoming events. for example Christmas , Halloween , and New Year's.
8. Then the system shows the seasonality it used to distribute the forecast for the coming year.
9. The seasonality shows as % in calendar year sequence starting with January.
10. This information is shown on the Focus Forecasting® screen and reports.
11. The drop down screen however is a quick reference.
