| 3. So Focus Forecasting adjusts the forecast to the month to date number: |

| 4. This increases the sales per week for this month from 18.5 to 42 per week. |
| 5. This recognizes the MTD sales event but does not exagerate it. |
| 6. If the month to date is the highest sales in the past year , |
| 7. Focus Forecasting® considers it a sales spike , |
| 8. and uses the next highest month in the past year as the forecast. |
